Tuition Assistance for the 2010/11 St. Didacus School Year

ATA Tuition Applications for the 2010/11 school year are available in the Parish or School Office during business hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. You may contact Mrs. Carr for more information at 818-367-6181 Completed forms, along with income verification (2009 W-2 and 2008 Income Tax Forms OR completed 2009 Income Tax Forms),must be turned in to the parish office no later than 3/19/10.

Tuition Awards Programs

The Catholic Education Foundation is committed to providing tuition assistance to the most financially deserving students attending Parish elementary and Catholic high schools within the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. The Foundation believes that an excellent education in a Catholic School is an "Advantage for Life".

Since its inception in 1987, the Catholic Education Foundation has provided over $80 million in tuition awards to 88,000 children attending Archdiocesan Catholic Schools. Our tuition award programs have enabled children living in poverty to attend Catholic schools and receive a challenging and character building education. These tuition awards have also had a tremendously positive impact on the schools and their surrounding neighborhoods.

The basic TAP provides $1,000 in assistance to elementary school students and $2,000 to high school students. Parents of scholarship recipients must meet criteria at or below the Federal guidelines for poverty. Children are accepted into TAP regardless of ethnic or religious background.
