Welcome New and returning Families,
I am very happy to welcome all new and returning families to a great school year at St. Didacus School. I hope everyone had a peaceful and relaxing summer and is ready to make a great start! I am anticipating a very productive school year for our students. My goal for our students, faculty, and families is Growth.
I plan for everyone to work together to help our school grow and continue to flourish. We shall grow in many areas of the curriculum and in the spirtit as well. Spelling and Geography Bees, Essay Contests and Math Marathons are just a few of the enriching activities planned for academic growth this school year. My goal is to concentrate on students' learning to improve classroom performance and test scores. I plan for our students to grow also in our Catholic Faith. We will continue to attend Mass and Prayer Services as a school, and I strongly encourage families to attend Mass together on Sunday. We shall strengthen our commitment to Christian Service. We will continue to spread the Good News and share God's Love with the world! I plan for all of us to work together to support our students and each other. Together, we will see St. Didacus continue to grow as an outstanding learning institution. Together, we can motivate and inspire our students to excellence. We can set a perfect example for our students and children by being positive, supportive, and most of all, Catholic. Our life as Catholics is the foundation for all of our endeavers. We can share and experience God's blessings and love with each other every day.
Let's all work together to make this school year very productive. A special note of recognition goes to our first grade teacher, Ms. Monique Gonzalez who celebrated the sacrament of marriage on September 9th. Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Rudy Pantoja.
Please take the time to read our handbook. Once more, welcome to all our families. May God continue to bless us and take care of all of us this school year.
Ms. Kathryn L. Sweeney
